Based in greater Seattle, Phil Giboney has owned Trojan One Properties since 2014 and has managed various properties. Previously, he led the Snap-On Tools franchise in Lakewood for two decades, supplying quality professional tools to technicians, mechanic shops, and military bases. Phil Giboney earned several awards for consistent sales, including Rookie of the Year distinction in 1993 and Snap-On Tools #1 Dealer in 2004.
His background extends to a past role as a diagnostic tech with Autoworks in Issaquah. ASE-certified in brakes, electronics, and engine performance and repair, Mr. Giboney has diagnosed and repaired issues involving no starts and intermittent drivability.
A boating enthusiast, Mr. Giboney earned the US Coast Guard’s Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessels (OUPV) captain’s license. He has restored boats such as a 1983 Boston Whaler Montauk and has taken salmon fishing excursions throughout the Puget Sound, as well as in the Straits of Juan De Fuca and the San Juan Islands. Also an experienced wreck diver, he has had the opportunity to explore the USS Kittiwake in the Grand Caymans.
